RETURN POLICY
If you are not obsessed with your order, you can return it for store credit only within 30 days.
We accept returns on all merchandise (excluding SALE ITEMS, BODYSUITS, JUMPSUITS, and SWIMWEAR ). Item(s) must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage (including deodorant marks, makeup stains, tanning products, etc.). Tags MUST be attached on ALL returns.
All refunds will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT which never expires.
Please note that ALL SALE ITEMS, BODYSUITS, JUMPSUITS, JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES and SWIMWEAR are FINAL SALE.
Store credit is added into the email used on the order. You can create an account and access the store credit by clicking the STORE CREDIT button located on your account page. Store credit can not be combined with any other discounts and does not apply towards shipping fees.
All orders MUST be returned in the same condition as received. Worn or damaged items will not be accepted back. Please be courteous and ship back the items neatly to avoid any damage to the clothing. Damaged items will not qualify for refunds. MUST include invoice inside, returns without any invoice or order number will not be refunded as we would not know who to refund.
In a rare case, should you receive a damaged item. You MUST notify customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order or you will NOT qualify for a refund.
Refunds are processed in the form of store credit less shipping charges. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee and is encouraged to purchase insurance, we are NOT responsible for any lost package.
Should you like to change or cancel your order, please contact customer service within one hour of placing your order. As orders are processed quickly, changes/cancellations can not be guaranteed.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Please visit returns.shoploveandlabels.com in and enter the order number and email address to receive an RMA. Please allow 1-2 business days for RMA requests to be reviewed.
Once the RMA has been reviewed and approved, please mail the package back to the address that will be provided in the email, we recommend you purchase a trackable option with insurance as we are not responsible for any lost packages.
Once the return is received by our facility, please allow 1-2 business days for the store credit to reflect on your account.
EXCHANGE
Currently, we are not offering exchanges. If you would like to change your item, please fill out an RMA to return your item and place a new order once the return is received and store credit is processed.
